1. Order & Customization
Customers must provide clear design details for customization.
A digital proof will be shared for approval before production. Extra revisions may have additional charges.

2. Payment Policy
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
We accept UPI, Bank Transfer, and other secure payment methods.

3. Delivery Policy
Orders are dispatched within 10–15 working days after confirmation.
Delivery times may vary due to courier delays.
Courier charges are borne by the customer.

4. Cancellation & Refunds
Orders cannot be canceled once production starts.
Refunds are not applicable for personalized resin art gifts.

5. Intellectual Property
Customers retain rights to their personal designs.
We may use photos of customized items (without personal details) for marketing.

6. Liability
Our liability is limited to the product's purchase price only.

7. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in Alwar, Rajasthan.
