1. Processing Time

Each order goes through multiple mandatory stages including pickup scheduling, moisture removal, and customisation.
Based on our workflow:

• Schedule for Pickup: 4 days

• Moisture Removal: 4 days

• Customization: 5 days

• Delivery Transit: approx. 3 days

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 12–16 working days after order confirmation.

2. Shipping Charges

Courier charges are additional and paid by the customer.
A separate courier bill is provided at actual rates.

3. Delivery Partners

We use trusted courier partners for safe delivery across Jaipur, Delhi, Gurgaon, Alwar, and throughout India.
Tracking details are shared once the order is ready to dispatch.
