At Premium Decor Delight, every creation is handcrafted and customised, so our Refund & Return Policy is strict.

1. Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

2. Refunds
No refunds and no returns for customised gifts, resin art, or varmala preservation.

3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, report it within 24 hours of delivery with photos.
Replacement or exchange will be delivered within 5 to 10 business days.
